What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, city and ZIP when you create an account. Shops also give business details and a tax ID. Drivers give a photo, license and insurance documents. Buyers and sellers give pickup and delivery addresses when an order is placed.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, quoting and dispatching deliveries, verifying accounts, preventing fraud, and support. Marketing email is optional and you can turn it off any time in your account settings.
What others see
Your display name and neighborhood appear publicly on your listings. Your legal name, email, phone, ZIP and exact address are private. Exact pickup addresses are only shared with the driver assigned to a delivery.
Documents and photos
Driver licenses, insurance certificates, profile photos and shop artwork are held in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links to you and our review team.
Keeping and deleting
We keep order and payout records as long as tax and dispute rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we remove everything else.
